Title: Cloud Program Manager
Location: Remote
Rate: 75$-$85/hr (Can consider higher)

Position Overview:
Lead a multi-year datacenter to cloud transformation initiative, managing complex migration programs using hybrid project management methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical program/project management experience
- 5+ years managing cloud migration or infrastructure transformation programs
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, networking, and virtualization
- Experience with migration tools and methodologies (6Rs framework)
- Understanding of security, compliance, and disaster recovery in cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, etc.)
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering practices
- Background in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with migration assessment tools (CloudEndure, Azure Migrate, etc.)
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization

- Proven ability to manage programs with budgets >$10M
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking with attention to operational detail
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
Program Leadership
- Drive end-to-end datacenter to cloud migration strategy and execution
- Manage multi-year transformation roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, security, and business units
- Establish governance frameworks and decision-making processes
Project Management
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative migration waves
- Utilize Waterfall approaches for infrastructure and compliance-driven workstreams
- Manage hybrid project frameworks based on workload requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership
- Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
- Drive change management and organizational readiness
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Establish quality gates and validation criteria for migration phases
- Implement continuous improvement processes

Project Management
- Agile/Scrum: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; experience leading Agile teams
- Waterfall: Proficiency in traditional SDLC and waterfall methodologies
- Hybrid Approaches: Ability to blend methodologies based on project needs
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred

Budget adherence and cost optimization
Zero critical security or compliance incidents
Stakeholder satisfaction scores
Team velocity and productivity improvements
