JD / Required skills: We are looking for a Certified ServiceNow professional who has extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The person will work closely with clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, and train users, to ensure successful outcome.

- Approximately 8-10 years ServiceNow experience, in ServiceNow areas of CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITSM, and/ or other core modules. - Has product owner, and trainer experience - Has development and configuration experience, such as API integration, scripts writing, etc. - Has ServiceNow certifications - Excellent written and communication skills
