Primary Responsibilities

  • Enforce the Quality Management Plan across new workflow development, change initiatives, and ongoing production operations
  • Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-workflow QA/QC validations, including data completeness, accuracy, segmentation, suppression, and output integrity
  • Validate workflow logic against CORD and requirements documentation to ensure all business rules and data expectations are fully met prior to promotion
  • Execute and document self-QA, peer QA, and formal approval checkpoints before production deployment
  • Support production monitoring, defect tracking, and root cause analysis by partnering closely with development and production support teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Track, analyze, and report quality metrics (defects, fallout trends, rework, timeliness, and turnaround time) to support MBOs and leadership reporting
  • Collaborate with workflow developers to streamline quality reviews and solution design, reducing downstream defects and delivery delays
  • Contribute to the automation of QA controls, including standardized QC checks, validation macros, and post-workflow dashboards
  • Ensure audit readiness by maintaining complete, traceable, and up-to-date documentation, evidence, and quality artifacts
  • Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data teams, and platform partners to identify risks early and drive continuous quality improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, data validation, or analytics within healthcare, insurance, or other regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience validating data workflows, reports, or ETL pipelines using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, SAS, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, defect management processes, and validation methodologies
  • Experience working in production environments with formal change management and release control processes
