Job Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer to build, test, and launch high‑quality email campaigns. This role focuses on execution, speed, and accuracy—not copywriting or strategy. You will work closely with campaign, project, and deployment teams to deliver reliable, production‑ready emails that support customer engagement and retention.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast‑paced environments, takes ownership of deliverables, and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Email Development
- Build responsive email templates using HTML and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Hand‑code promotional, transactional, triggered, and lifecycle emails
- Create reusable and modular email components to support scalability
- Convert Figma or Sketch designs into accurate, production‑ready email code
- Use AMPscript for personalization, dynamic content, and conditional logic
Quality Assurance
- Perform end‑to‑end QA on all email builds across major email clients and devices
- Test emails using Litmus and resolve rendering or responsiveness issues
- Ensure emails follow accessibility, performance, and deliverability best practices
Collaboration & Deployment Support
- Partner with campaign managers, project managers, and deployment teams to meet deadlines
- Deliver clean, well‑documented builds ready for deployment
- Support quick updates, fixes, and last‑minute changes without compromising quality
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development experience
- Strong HTML and CSS skills specifically for email development
- Advanced knowledge of AMPscript for dynamic and personalized content
- Experience coding complex responsive email designs, including background images and mobile layouts
- Ability to manage multiple email builds at the same time in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and reliability
- Comfortable working with tight timelines and changing priorities
