Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment Analyst to support eligibility, enrollment, and member management processes within the Tapestry system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with eligibility life-cycle events and a strong understanding of healthcare enrollment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Eligibility and Enrollment functionality in the Tapestry system
- Manage member enrollment activities including new enrollments, renewals, disenrollments, and changes
- Validate eligibility data and troubleshoot enrollment-related issues
- Collaborate with business, operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate member data
- Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements related to eligibility and enrollment
- Create and maintain documentation for enrollment processes and system configurations
- Assist with compliance reporting and audits as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment modules
- Understanding of healthcare payer operations, preferably Medicaid or Managed Care
- Knowledge of enrollment life-cycle events and eligibility rules
- Experience in data validation, issue resolution, and system support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
