Job Title: Product Designer

Overview

The organization is implementing a new demo‑enablement platform designed to transform how sales teams showcase product experiences to prospective buyers. This role will be responsible for leading the successful rollout of the platform by the targeted May release date, while maintaining all existing demo environments to ensure zero downtime throughout the transition.

As a Product Designer, you will work cross‑functionally with product, sales, engineering, and senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality demo experiences that clearly communicate product value, positioning, and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Transition

• Lead the design execution for a new demo‑enablement platform, ensuring delivery by the May go‑live deadline.
• Maintain and support all current demo experiences during the transition to avoid disruption for sales teams.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to validate UX requirements, test demo flows, and support a seamless rollout.

Sales Enablement & Demo Experience Design

• Design and manage demo experiences and links used by sales teams, ensuring clarity, usability, and compelling storytelling.
• Develop high‑fidelity demo flows and prototypes that clearly communicate the product’s value proposition and offering.
• Collaborate closely with product and sales partners to ensure demo experiences are intuitive, polished, and aligned with business goals.

Cross‑Team Coordination & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal partners as responsibilities shift, ensuring smooth handoffs, alignment, and continuity of work.
• Work closely with a team of full‑time designers and contractors, aligning priorities and driving execution across multiple workstreams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and design decisions clearly to senior‑level stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Design & Technical Expertise

• Advanced prototyping skills with deep expertise in Figma, including rapid iteration and creation of high‑fidelity demo experiences (not net‑new page creation).
• Strong technical understanding of platform constraints, system behaviors, and how front‑end demo experiences connect to backend logic and integrations.
• Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or demo‑enablement environments is a strong plus.

Execution & Delivery

• Proven ability to lead execution‑heavy design initiatives with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated success driving work from concept through delivery while maintaining uninterrupted support for existing experiences.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities in parallel.

• Exceptionally strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior‑level and cross‑functional stakeholders.
