This role supports Client's Legal & Corporate Affairs Regulatory Licensing team by assisting with onboarding and licensing employees and contingent workers in preparation for the AEP (Annual Enrollment Period).
The specialist will work heavily within compliance software, Excel, and Smartsheets, and will interact directly with agents to ensure licensing readiness.
This is a high‑volume, process‑driven role supporting large‑scale hiring and licensing efforts.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Submit and track license applications
• Manage agent affiliations
• Track and ensure continuing education (CE) compliance
• Update and maintain Excel tracking sheets
• Update and manage Smartsheets
• Guide agents through internal compliance and licensing tools
• Draft and send professional email communications
• Participate in weekly classes to explain licensing procedures
• Provide general licensing and compliance support as needed

• Strong experience with Microsoft tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, filters)
• Very computer savvy; experience working in compliance or similar enterprise systems
• Ability to work accurately with sensitive information (PII) and pass a background check
• Strong written communication skills (email creation and correspondence)
• Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable working directly with agents
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and organized
• Punctual and reliable
