About the Role

The Mobile Product Operations team drives execution excellence across mobile product launches, promotions, and ongoing operational support for carrier accounts. As a Product Manager, you will play a highly operational role, ensuring products, promotions, and documentation stay on track, accurate, and aligned with go‑to‑market timelines.

This role is ideal for a self‑starter who is detail‑oriented, financially fluent, and comfortable managing multiple operational workstreams without the need for micromanagement. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external account teams to support promotions, track deliverables, analyze ROI, and ensure all source‑of‑truth documentation remains current and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational execution for mobile accessories and non‑handset product categories across multiple carrier accounts.
  • Manage and track product launches, promotional submissions, and go‑to‑market deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Forecast promotional programs and analyze performance and ROI to assess program success and optimization opportunities.
  • Act as a primary operational point of contact, coordinating follow‑ups with internal teams and external account partners to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation that serves as the single source of truth for product, promotion, and account information.
  • Own tracking mechanisms for deadlines, submissions, approvals, and dependencies across multiple carriers and accounts.
  • Partner with internal points of contact (product, operations, finance, marketing) to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.
  • Participate in internal and external calls to review promotions, funding levels, ROI expectations, and submission processes.
  • Monitor execution status, proactively identify gaps or risks, and ensure follow‑through to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Support ongoing competitive and performance analysis to improve future programs and operational effectiveness.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple concurrent operational initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or operational support roles (fewer years acceptable with a Bachelor’s degree).
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and ROI analysis for programs or promotions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote (working with existing reports, creating simple formulas; no macro development required).
  • Experience managing operational workflows, documentation, and cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities without close supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting mobile, wireless, or consumer electronics products.
  • Exposure to go‑to‑market (GTM) planning and execution, including product launches and promotions.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or product categories simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence or similar platforms.

Role Characteristics

  • Operationally heavy, execution‑focused Product Manager role
  • Emphasis on accuracy, follow‑through, and task ownership
  • High interaction with cross‑functional teams and external partners
  • Best suited for mid‑level Product Managers (not overly senior)
