About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution‑driven Product Manager to lead commercial planning, demand forecasting, and category performance for consumer electronics across eCommerce and B2B channels. You will manage product categories such as PCs and XR devices, support major online retailers, and directly influence web and business‑to‑business (B2B) performance. The ideal candidate combines strong data analytics expertise with hands‑on experience in eCommerce, promotions, and financial planning.
What You’ll Do
Business & Promotional Planning
- Own quarterly and monthly commercial planning cycles, including promotional strategy, offer design, and channel alignment.
- Lead short‑term and long‑term planning (e.g., Q1/Q2 planning for holiday peaks).
- Ensure readiness of business markets through proactive planning and performance monitoring.
Demand & Forecast Planning
- Develop and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Support ongoing product launches and lifecycle management activities.
P&L Ownership & Financial Performance
- Manage product and channel‑level revenue, margin, and profitability planning.
- Analyze variances versus targets and drive corrective actions to improve financial outcomes.
- Support demand planning, pricing adjustments, and financial trade‑offs.
eCommerce & B2B Channel Optimization
- Serve as Category Manager for direct digital channels, analyzing performance of products and promotions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve on‑site experience, conversion, and operations.
- Partner with B2B stakeholders to optimize performance and scale the channel over time.
- Channel focus: ~75% eCommerce / ~25% B2B (with B2B expected to grow significantly).
Executive Reporting & Business Insights
- Prepare and deliver concise, data‑driven executive updates covering sales performance, market trends, forecasts, and promotional effectiveness.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and action plans.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Influence without authority—guide teams and lead initiatives through strong communication and analytics.
- Act as a central point of coordination for ongoing business and promotional activities.
