Job Title: Marketing Manager – Field Marketing

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager – Field Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and managing integrated, agent-facing marketing campaigns that support the organization’s full product portfolio and strategic priorities. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including creative, legal, compliance, and business partners—to deliver high‑quality educational and marketing materials while ensuring regulatory compliance, brand alignment, and timely execution.

The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing expertise, exceptional project management skills, and hands-on experience navigating review and compliance processes in regulated environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, review, and deployment of agent-facing educational and marketing materials supporting the full product portfolio and other priority initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign and project management, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery against key election period and business deadlines.
  • Quickly learn internal marketing, compliance, and review processes and operate independently within established procedures.
  • Conduct initial reviews of creative deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, brand standards, and business objectives.
  • Partner with the internal creative agency to support brand reviews and client reviews of educational resources, including webinars, emails, webpages, and one-pagers.
  • Support compliance and legal review processes using online workflow tools (e.g., Aprimo), including submitting materials, tracking approvals, and addressing feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners—including creative, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders—providing clear communication and regular status updates.
  • Represent the field marketing team in meetings, ensuring alignment, transparency, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates using project management software as milestones are completed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or regulated industries
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the development and deployment of marketing and educational materials
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer and agent experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar platforms
  • Agency or in-house creative agency experience
  • Copy editing and creative review experience
  • Healthcare, insurance, regulatory, or compliance experience strongly preferred
