Job Description
Senior Brand Media Manager
We are looking for a Senior Brand Media Manager to support two growing business areas. In this role, you will partner with marketing and business leaders to plan, manage, and execute brand media campaigns in the US.
You will focus on making media investments more effective by improving campaign reach, engagement, and overall impact. This role requires strong collaboration with media teams, agencies, data partners, and creative teams to deliver clear and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand media campaigns, from planning and execution to reporting and insights
- Develop media strategies, media mix plans, budgets, and performance measurement frameworks
- Manage media agencies and work closely with regional media teams
- Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and meet campaign goals
- Track and analyze performance metrics and create post-campaign reports
- Improve and automate media and digital processes and templates
- Partner with marketing, creative, finance, data, and operations teams to ensure aligned media strategies
- Support accurate and timely communication of campaign updates and results to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with media trends, platforms, and new advertising opportunities
- Identify and test innovative and non-traditional media partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or advertising (agency or in-house)
- Experience working on integrated marketing and brand campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital media, social platforms, and performance testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of both online and offline media channels
- Strong planning, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer internet, travel, lifestyle, technology, or design brands
- Experience building new media partnerships and innovative campaign ideas
- Multilingual candidates are a plus
