Senior Product Management Professional

The Senior Product Management Professional leads and coordinates cross-functional project and program teams to deliver fully developed, customer-ready products from design through launch. This role addresses moderately complex to complex business and technical challenges, requiring in-depth analysis, sound judgment, and evaluation of multiple variable factors.

Aligned to a Clinical Platform supporting the Medicaid segment, this professional plays a key role in the design and planning phases by investigating facts, identifying risks, and developing practical solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring product and program performance, recommending schedule or scope adjustments based on feasibility and viability, and providing timely, accurate updates and insights to senior leadership.

The role involves conducting feasibility studies, identifying product gaps, defining clear product requirements, and engaging closely with customers and stakeholders to understand market needs, regulatory considerations, and emerging trends. The Senior Product Management Professional influences departmental strategy and makes independent decisions on moderately complex to complex technical approaches for product components, working with minimal direction and exercising significant autonomy in determining objectives and execution strategies.

This individual also shepherds the end-to-end product management lifecycle using enterprise product tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira Align, and related platforms. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for improving consumer and patient experiences through innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of technical or product-related experience
  • Proven experience working with Clinical Platforms
  • Experience collaborating with or managing SaaS vendors
  • Strong commitment to enhancing consumer and member experiences
