Job Title: ITSM IT Consultant

Job Scope

ITSM

• Perform hands-on configuration work across core ITSM capabilities including:
• Incident
• Major Incident
• Problem
• Service Catalog
• Execute CMDB configuration activities, including:
• CI class structure
• Relationships
• Data model alignment
• Work directly on Discovery configuration and troubleshooting, including:
• MID Server configuration
• Credential setup
• Discovery patterns (where required)
• Participate in technical working sessions with the implementation partner to:
• Drive technical tasks forward
• Resolve platform issues
• Contribute to CI population and CMDB structure improvements required for platform stability
• Assist in preparing the platform for upcoming workstreams, including:
• Service Mapping
• Platform integrations
• Resolve technical issues, platform configuration challenges, and architecture constraints encountered during implementation
