Job Title: Representative, Sales Support
Location: Remote

About the Role The Sales Support Representative is responsible for assisting Sales Representatives and supporting sales activities across assigned accounts or territories. This role involves presenting products and services, monitoring delivery quality, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining sales materials. The position also provides day‑to‑day support to Sales Reps, ensuring smooth operations in systems such as SAP, Excel, and FIMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Representatives with daily requests and system troubleshooting.

  • Cover the Sales Rep support phone line and manage requests in the Sales Support queue.

  • Reassign requests outside of scope to the correct team’s queue.

  • Assist with FIMS troubleshooting and maintain FIMS AIF to prevent consignment order delays.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for FIMS AIF in projects and system enhancements.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

  • Develop and maintain sales materials and keep current on product/service features.

  • Monitor product and service delivery quality and act as an advocate for clients.

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals from marketing initiatives.

  • Identify new sales prospects independently.

  • Prepare paperwork to place orders, oversee fulfillment, and resolve client concerns.

  • Provide answers to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and sales support systems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem‑solving and comprehensive thinking skills.

  • Ability to work remotely on Eastern Standard Time hours.
