About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of two high-priority AI product initiatives spanning People Services (Human Resources) and Finance/Procurement. You will partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant AI solutions that generate measurable business and financial value.
This role dedicates approximately 50% of time to an AI initiative focused on improving HR hiring workflows and talent retention, and 50% to an AI initiative enabling intelligent supplier spend analytics to reduce administrative burden and deliver financial savings across procurement and finance divisions.
Responsibilities
- Own full product lifecycle (discovery, requirements, launch, and lifecycle management) for two enterprise AI initiatives supporting People Services, Finance, and Procurement.
- Provide regular status updates on milestones, risks, blockers, and value realization progress to product and IT leadership, business partners, and executive stakeholders; includes weekly sprint content updates and maintenance of executive communication and project plans.
- Partner with HR Transformation, Project Management, HRIS, and technology teams to improve recruiting workflows, hiring retention, and maximize value from AI-powered people solutions.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and AI/technology teams to deliver an internal intelligent spend tool that identifies opportunities to reduce supplier costs.
- Track and report progress toward product OKRs, aligning outcomes to agreed value metrics and business goals.
- Serve as the interface between business and technical teams across product discovery, prototype building, pilots, scaled rollouts, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Maintain and update the AI product roadmap across both initiatives.
- Lead products through required governance and approvals — including Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and Privacy — to support responsible AI delivery.
- Collaborate with AI, data science, and engineering teams to define use cases, deploy AI/ML models, and continuously improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management or related technical experience, with 3+ years in a dedicated Product Manager role.
- 3+ years of Agile product development experience.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle considerations, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proven stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy safeguards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agentic AI product management and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
- Experience deploying machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling into enterprise workflows.
- Background in People Services, HR, or Talent Acquisition processes and technologies.
- Background in finance, accounting, and/or procurement processes and technologies.
- Experience with clinical data management systems.
- Experience designing and deploying generative and agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with JIRA or TargetProcess.
