Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Event Programming Producer to support the execution of upcoming events during a team transition. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who can step into established event plans and help carry them through to successful completion.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working within existing agendas, supporting speakers, and managing live-session flow—ensuring events run smoothly, professionally, and on time. This role does not involve creating new event strategies; instead, it focuses on strong execution of current programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of pre-established event agendas and session plans
- Ensure speaker and session readiness, including preparation, flow, and timing
- Serve as programming producer for live sessions, providing:
- Run-of-show management
- Onstage flow and speaker transitions
- Timing, cues, and sequencing coordination
- Assist with session scripting, talk outlines, and moderator briefs as needed
- Provide onsite programming support during live events
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external production/AV teams to deliver seamless sessions
Ideal Background & Skills
- Proven experience producing live events or large-scale programs
- Strong comfort level with onstage content, speaker support, and live-session flow
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure—especially in onsite environments
- Collaborative team player with experience working within established plans and cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and execution-focused, with a strong sense of timing and audience experience
