Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise across Service Catalog development, Flow Designer workflows, portal development, and ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Service Catalogs, including Standard and Multi‑Row Variable Sets
• Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows, including:
• Flows
• Sub‑flows
• Decision tables
• Develop moderate to complex workflows
• Design and build multi‑page record producers and catalog forms
• Deliver advanced to expert‑level development for Employee Center / portal development
• Perform moderate to advanced scripting for ServiceNow development activities
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery, including:
• Reviewing and analyzing discovery logs for errors
• Supporting CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup
• Perform daily administration and monitoring of Discovery and CMDB processes
• Review and analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to identify and resolve issues

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Discovery
• Practical knowledge of networking protocols, including:
• TCP/IP
• SNMP
• SSH
• WMI
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components, such as:
• Servers
• Databases
• Storage systems
• Network devices
• Cloud instances
