Job Description
In this contingent resource assignment, you will serve as a trusted engineering advisor, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to address highly complex business and technical challenges. You will help shape strategy, influence large-scale initiatives, and deliver innovative, long-term solutions that drive measurable impact across Engineering. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while engaging effectively with client leadership.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert to develop and influence engineering initiatives and resources addressing complex business and technical needs.
- Provide strategic consultation on the resolution of highly complex, non-routine challenges requiring deep evaluation across multiple domains.
- Design and deliver scalable, long-term solutions that demonstrate innovation, vision, and advanced analytical thinking.
- Advise senior leadership on forward-looking engineering and business solutions.
- Build strong relationships and strategically engage with client personnel to align solutions with organizational priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a combination of the following:
- Professional or consulting experience
- Training or certifications
- Military experience
- Education
