Position: Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Mon–Thurs, two weeks per month)

Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion to full-time

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related STEM field

  • 1–2 years of experience in analytical roles

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python (tested during interview process)

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

  • Strong problem-solving skills in data acquisition, manipulation, cleaning, and analysis

  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Basic understanding of credit risk concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in an analytical/STEM field

  • Experience in auto finance or banking

  • Certification in Tableau or Power BI
