This job will have the following responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities
Top Responsibilities (Daily Expectations):
- Schedule, prepare for, and participate in meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Gather business and technical requirements related to existing business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
- Document the current-state reporting environment and identify gaps compared to future-state BI solutions.
- Lead stakeholder meetings to align on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Provide clear and consistent daily and weekly progress updates, including risks and roadblocks, using an agile tracking tool.
- Track tasks, dependencies, and status updates within Jira (or similar tools).
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting support to end users for effective use of Microsoft BI tools.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to support BI migration and enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Database Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years working with relational databases and querying data.
- Business Intelligence Tools:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with BI tools (Microsoft BI tools strongly preferred).
- Requirements Documentation:
- Minimum of 2 years gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Agile Environment:
- Minimum of 2 years working in an agile environment, including regular use of agile tracking tools (Jira preferred).

Project / Initiative Summary
This role supports a business intelligence modernization initiative focused on migrating from a legacy BI platform to Microsoft-based BI solutions. The work involves detailed analysis of existing reporting functionality, definition of future-state requirements, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a successful transition.
