About the Role The Customer Service Representative provides support across sales, promotions, installations, and communications. This role ensures strong customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly and effectively in compliance with consumer laws. Responsibilities also include developing initiatives to inform and educate customers, and creating improvement plans based on survey feedback.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work within well‑defined procedures across varied work routines.
