Job Title: Representative, Customer Service

About the Role The Customer Service Representative provides support across sales, promotions, installations, and communications. This role ensures strong customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly and effectively in compliance with consumer laws. Responsibilities also include developing initiatives to inform and educate customers, and creating improvement plans based on survey feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service for sales, promotions, installations, and communications.

  • Resolve customer claims and complaints in line with consumer laws.

  • Develop initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

  • Create improvement plans based on customer survey results.

  • Follow defined procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Basic understanding of customer service routines and procedures.

  • Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to work within well‑defined procedures across varied work routines.
