Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Paid Social Traffic Manager who can run, optimize, and grow paid social media campaigns. Your main focus will be increasing traffic and conversions by testing ads, analyzing results, and managing budgets efficiently.
What You Will Do
Run and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
Manage daily tasks such as budget allocation, bids, and pacing
Scale successful campaigns while keeping CPA and ROAS targets on track
Perform A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
Build and improve audience targeting (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes)
Work closely with the creative team to test new ad ideas and formats
Ensure all tracking (pixels, events, UTMs) is set up correctly and troubleshoot issues
Create reports and dashboards to track performance and trends
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and new advertising features
Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one other ad platform (e.g., TikTok or Snapchat)
Proven ability to scale campaigns efficiently
Comfortable managing large budgets and multiple campaigns
Strong analytical skills; good with Excel or Google Sheets
Experience using tracking tools (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics)
Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred Skills
Experience in direct response, lead generation, or eCommerce
Knowledge of creative testing and performance‑based creative strategies
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices
Familiarity with attribution tools or multi-touch attribution
Basic knowledge of SQL or tools like Looker or Tableau
