Position: Field Operations Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Job Description: Field Operations Lead | Alternate Channel Distribution (ACD) is committed to expanding our footprint and delivering on our promises to customers through innovative channel growth. To meet our revenue goals, we are seeking a proactive Field Operations Lead to serve as the backbone for our Alternate Channel Distribution (OTM & D2D) program.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our sales teams have the tools, data, and support they need to succeed in the field.
Responsibilities Program Management: Act as the primary field operations support for the ACD program team; prioritize the intake form process and project manage key initiatives to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Operational Excellence: Manage and maintain critical sales tools, including Daily Transaction Reporting, Below the Line Discretionary Funds, SMS Texting campaigns, and QUBE rep/territory assignments.
Data Insights: Analyze and communicate actionable insights from headcount, churn, disconnect, and Fios cancel reporting to drive business decisions.
Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new partners and the expansion of existing partner locations.
Technical Support: Oversee ICL One Talk demos and disconnects while troubleshooting sales-related obstacles with a high sense of urgency.
Resource Optimization: Streamline internal and external resources, including the development and maintenance of "how-to" guides for field teams,

You’ll Need to Have: Strong Professional Background: Significant experience in program management and field operations, specifically within Channel Sales.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to lead/organize stakeholder calls across a complex organization.
Operational Agility: A proven ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency when troubleshooting obstacles.
Strategic Execution: The ability to manage, maintain, and communicate complex operational workflows effectively.
Even better if you have: Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or telephony, with a specific focus on B2B or business enterprise customer management.
Internal Knowledge: A deep understanding of methods, procedures, and internal processes.
Presentation Skills: Experience distilling complex data and insights into clear presentations for diverse audiences.
