About the Role
We are seeking a Department Leader – Growth Marketing to help launch, manage, and scale a new growth marketing program. This role requires a strong program manager with a bias to action—someone who can influence stakeholders, organize complex initiatives, establish best practices, and drive execution across cross‑functional teams.
This is a high‑visibility role that will partner closely with Sales, MarTech, Compliance, and Field Supervision to ensure program adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
What Success Looks Like
The most critical factor for success is program leadership and execution. The ideal candidate can independently own initiatives end‑to‑end, influence peers and leaders, gather feedback, and turn ambiguity into clear processes and scalable solutions.
Secondary success factors include the ability to create enablement materials, apply sound content judgment, adopt new technologies, and support creative quality standards.
