- High-Volume Venipuncture: Perform 100% blood draws throughout the day, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
- Patient Care: Verify patient identification, explain procedures, and manage any patient anxiety related to needle sticks.
- Specimen Management: Correctly label, process, and prepare samples for laboratory testing according to clinical protocols.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and sterile workspace; adhere strictly to safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Operational Prep: Arrive early (7:45 AM) to prepare the station and supplies for the day's scheduled draws.
- Experience: 2–3 years of active experience in phlebotomy is required.
- Certification: Must hold a current Phlebotomy Certification.
- Life Support: Must have an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality for an 8:00 AM shift start.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Certified Phlebotomist to join our clinical team. This is a high-volume, 100% clinical blood draw position that requires a professional who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and consistent patient interaction. The ideal candidate will be a "morning person," ready to begin prep at 7:45 AM to ensure the clinic is ready for its first patients at 8:00 AM.
