Position background � What does this position accomplish for the business? The position assists in ensuring client specialist data is up to date and accurate. Interacts with clients to ensure data requirements/changes are accurate.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete daily)?
- Incident resolution which includes updating records, querying other data sources
- Apply specialist quality data to records
- Validate data accuracy across systems
- Update data per requirements while maintaining service level agreements
- Configuration of software pre and post go live
- Care organization interaction regarding data (assisting with requirements for data, updating data, gathering data)
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)?
Experience on provider network side.
Experience working in a cross-matrixed organization
Excellent consumer facing skill sets
What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)?
- Excel experience – higher level, ability to work with advanced formulas to compare, standardize
