About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our Sales Support Operations team. In this role, you will review and process Sales Account and NASP requests, ensure data accuracy across multiple systems, and assist in validating new application features. You will also contribute to customer support activities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Review, research, and process Sales Account & NASP requests using internal tools and datasets.
- Support CLE (Customer Line Entry) analysis, updates, and duplicate resolution to maintain accurate customer records.
- Participate in requirement reviews, testing, and validation of new features within the GCH application.
- Deliver high‑quality customer support through phone and email communication.
- Analyze multiple data sources and identify relationships, discrepancies, and patterns.
- Maintain strong adherence to SLAs by working efficiently under tight timelines.
- Support system testing during evenings or weekends as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical ability to manually review large datasets across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and systems.
- Strong teamwork skills and accountability in meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to support after‑hours testing when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or background in customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
- Certifications or coursework in data analysis.
- Paralegal experience or familiarity with paralegal processes.
