Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Specialist to support a strategic initiative integrating a vulnerability scanning platform with ServiceNow. This role will focus on designing, building, and validating technical solutions that automate the end‑to‑end lifecycle of vulnerability remediation.
The successful candidate will work closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure identified vulnerabilities are converted into actionable, trackable ServiceNow tickets, enabling improved remediation workflows, SLA tracking, and reporting.
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Design and implement ServiceNow integrations for vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows
- Configure and manage ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules
- Develop and maintain workflows that automate vulnerability intake, assignment, remediation tracking, and closure
- Partner with security and IT teams to validate solutions and ensure operational effectiveness
- Support testing, documentation, and reporting for vulnerability lifecycle automation
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (SecOps focus)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
- Proven experience designing and managing ServiceNow workflows
Preferred
- Background in vulnerability management or cybersecurity operations
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (nice to have)
