We are looking for a Customer Success & Solutions Manager to support enterprise customers using our hardware and software solutions. This role combines customer success, project management, and solution deployment. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, helping them onboard, adopt, and fully benefit from our products.


What You Will Do

  • Manage customer relationships after the sale and act as their main point of contact.
  • Lead solution deployments and oversee project timelines for enterprise clients.
  • Help customers understand how to use products effectively and guide them through onboarding.
  • Identify customer needs, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like Support, Product, Install teams, and Content teams.
  • Handle escalations, ensure SLAs are met, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track customer performance metrics such as usage, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in tools like CRM, Miro, Confluence, etc.
  • Improve processes, build customer playbooks, and support continuous improvement.

What You Need

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management.
  • Experience working with hardware/software or SaaS products.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business value.
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT environments.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% when needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital signage or related technology.
  • Background in business development, technical operations, or marketing operations.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global and cross‑functional teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
