The Content Developer will partner closely with a Senior Instructional Designer/Content Developer to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality multimedia eLearning courses
This role blends strong technical production skills—course authoring, video editing, and graphic design—with a solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
The ideal candidate is a creative, detail‑oriented problem solver who enjoys transforming complex technical information into engaging, interactive learning experiences. You will produce visually compelling and instructionally sound eLearning modules using Storyline 360, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a Senior Instructional Designer to plan, storyboard, and build multimedia training courses.
Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
Edit and produce high‑quality video content using Adobe Premiere; integrate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects (working knowledge acceptable).
Create and refine graphics, course assets, and visual elements using Adobe Photoshop and related Adobe tools.
Translate complex technical or operational concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Ensure all course components meet quality, design, and accessibility standards.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies throughout all content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Contribute positively to a collaborative, team‑focused work environment.
Job Qualifications
Full proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 for eLearning development.
Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere or an equivalent professional editor.
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic creation and editing.
Hands‑on experience developing eLearning content with these tools.
Solid understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
Proven ability to create visually engaging, instructionally effective eLearning experiences.
Ability to quickly learn and simplify complex technical concepts for interactive training.
Exceptional command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and self‑motivation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
