Position: Systems Engineer

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Performance Verification Engineer to lead technical planning, verification, validation, and system performance analysis efforts across the full lifecycle of complex systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer and product requirements are translated into complete systems solutions, and that total system performance is thoroughly validated against established requirements.

What You’ll Do

· Develop detailed verification plans to assess total system performance using high‑fidelity simulation environments.

· Lead, initiate, and manage the generation of large Monte Carlo datasets for performance verification activities.

· Perform comprehensive post‑simulation analysis to identify performance deficiencies, investigate unexpected behaviour, and validate requirement compliance.

· Conduct functional and timeline analyses, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition efforts.

· Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable hardware and software specifications.

· Communicate technical findings through high‑quality reports and presentations to engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.

· 8+ years of experience configuring and performing analysis with 6‑DOF simulations.

· 8+ years of experience writing scripts or source code to process and analyze large datasets.

· Strong background in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and handling large simulation outputs.

· Demonstrated experience generating and communicating technical reports, including Monte Carlo performance summaries, to engineering audiences.
