Our client, a global financial services organization, is seeking a Product Designer to support the design and development of a CRM platform within their Workplace Solutions team.

This role sits at the intersection of product design and UX strategy, focused on building a scalable, data-driven CRM experience from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can translate complex business requirements, user needs, and data inputs into intuitive, structured experiences. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with Product, Project Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the experience strategy—not just execute on design.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Design and help stand up a CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics) to support internal user workflows and client-facing operations
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into scalable experience solutions
• Define and evolve information architecture, navigation systems, and data structures within the CRM
• Act as a strategic partner to Product and Project Management, providing recommendations based on data and user insights
• Consolidate and streamline data from multiple systems into a unified, user-friendly experience
• Design for multiple user types, roles, and permission levels within the platform
• Work within platform constraints (Dynamics design system) to deliver effective solutions
• Leverage research, business use cases, and data inputs to inform design decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders
• Utilize Figma to communicate design concepts, flows, and system structures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UX Strategy
• Strong experience designing for CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)
• Proven ability to define information architecture and structure complex systems
• Experience working with data-heavy environments, dashboards, or enterprise tools
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect workflows across multiple tools and user types
• Ability to translate research and business requirements into actionable design solutions
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, ground-up environments
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with APIs and how systems integrate (preferred)
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools or platforms (nice-to-have)
