Our client is currently seeking a LiveVox Developer

Are you a LiveVox Developer with experience designing blended omnichannel workflows, optimizing and maintaining applications, managing NICE CXone features, ensuring compliance, and engaging in agile processes? Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between LiveVox and NICE CXone using APIs and SDKs.

• Create Studio scripts in NICE inContact to orchestrate omnichannel interactions and call flows.

• Build custom scripts in LiveVox Designer for proactive outreach campaigns.

• Configure IVR flows, call routing, and dialer campaigns.

• Integrate third-party systems like Salesforce or Snowflake.

• Develop custom API integrations to meet unique business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot issues with OEMs, vendors, and product suppliers.

Qualifications for Success:

• 10 years CCaaS experience

• 2 or more years of experience with LiveVox

• Experience with the NICE CXone platforms

• Experience with API development, CRM integrations, and omnichannel workflows.

• Experience with IVR design, dialer campaigns, and compliance standards.

• Familiarity with contracts, SLAs, and customer engagement models.

• Ability to work in agile environments and manage SLAs/contracts effectively.
