• Total Hospital Beds: 899
• Staffing Levels:
• Acute Care: Average 7; target 14 (gap of 7)
• Inpatient Rehab Unit (IRU): 4; gap of 3
• Patient Ratio: 1 therapist to 12–14 patients
• Equipment: Standard acute care and rehab equipment (details provided during interview)
• EMR: Meditech

Required Skills and Experience

Must Have (non‑negotiable):

• Acute care experience
• Inpatient Rehab acute care or SNF background

Preferred (priority consideration):

• ICU experience
• Wound care experience

Typical Procedures

• Patient evaluations
• Treatment interventions consistent with acute care and inpatient rehab
