Our client is seeking an Associate Account Manager - Project Success Specialist (Sales).

Employment Type: 6 plus month W2 contract, extendible, potential to convert

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, early‑career Project Success Specialist (PSS) to support sales, prospecting, account development, and customer success activities across North American and Caribbean markets.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to break into B2B sales, develop strong client‑facing skills, and learn from a senior, collaborative revenue team. The PSS blends light sales responsibilities, administrative support, and relationship‑building to help drive growth in industrial, technology, education, and military sector accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Development

  • Support prospecting, outbound engagement, account onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Help develop and execute account plans while tracking progress against goals and sales targets.
  • Set up net‑new meetings within focus accounts and partner closely with Senior PSMs to support the full sales lifecycle.
  • Research funding vehicles and maintain accurate account insights.

Reporting & Operations

  • Generate templated reports such as community metrics, NPS scores, analytics dashboards, and summary presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • No advanced analytics experience required — analysts support the technical data work.
  • Create client‑ready slides and materials that promote clarity, organization, and storytelling.

Systems & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM and partner platforms.
  • Provide basic system guidance or demos during sales cycles and onboarding (training provided).
  • Track deliverables, follow up on deadlines, and escalate issues when needed.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with government affairs teams and military-related initiatives where needed.
  • Support execution of campaigns, meetings, virtual events, and sales-related content.
  • Build strong internal and external working relationships with an emphasis on communication, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, sales development, account coordination, or a related high-volume service or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills: able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them (jobs, projects, hobbies, or entrepreneurial activities all count).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated, accountable, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting senior sales team members.
  • Proficiency with Excel and willingness to use CRM, Tableau, and reporting tools (training provided).

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bilingual French (Canadian) preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with industrial, education, government, or technology organizations.
  • Project management exposure is a plus.

  • Proactive, outcomes‑driven, and eager to learn B2B sales.
  • Ability to break down information, follow through on tasks, and maintain professionalism.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote; requires professionalism, reliability, and strong communication in a distributed team.
  • Occasional travel (<5%) for meetings or events may be required.
  • Requires routine computer work and digital collaboration tools.
