This job will have the following responsibilities:
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of a portfolio of digital products. You will operate at a senior level, coordinating product requirements across product managers and product owners while partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in shaping product direction, executing against a digital roadmap, and delivering measurable customer and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Define, articulate, and communicate a clear strategic vision for the digital product portfolio.
- Ensure product strategy aligns with organizational goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of product managers and product owners.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to foster high performance and growth.
Roadmap and Prioritization
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using customer feedback, business objectives, and data‑driven insights.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, and client‑facing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Requirements and Execution
- Lead requirement discovery and prioritization with internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product and functional requirements.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, launch, and iteration.
Performance Measurement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
- Use analytics and insights to continuously refine and improve product outcomes.
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management
- Proven success leading product teams and delivering digital products or services
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product strategies
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product management practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated or transaction‑heavy domains such as payments, healthcare‑related finance, or bill payment systems
- Strong experience writing functional requirements and partnering with design leads to translate concepts into development‑ready specifications
- Hands‑on experience with Jira
- Working familiarity with Figma (ability to review and navigate designs; creation not required)
