ob Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare data, ETL development, and data warehousing to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives. This is a remote role requiring hands‑on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle/PL‑SQL, and data quality management, along with the ability to analyze complex healthcare datasets and collaborate across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to support enterprise data warehouse initiatives.
- Perform advanced data analysis to support healthcare reporting, analytics, and operational decision‑making.
- Develop, optimize, and tune Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Analyze and validate healthcare datasets including Medicaid, Medicare, Exchange, and commercial payer data.
- Support data modeling activities for data warehouse and analytics environments.
- Implement and manage data quality controls, validation rules, and test data processes using Informatica Data Quality and Test Data Manager.
- Utilize scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) to automate data processing, analysis, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality data solutions.
- Troubleshoot data issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend performance and design improvements.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL, including strong coding and performance tuning skills
- 2+ years of experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis
- 2+ years of healthcare data experience, including Medicaid, Medicare, Exchange, or commercial payer data
- Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and database design principles
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization in large data environments
- Hands‑on experience with Informatica Data Quality and Test Data Manager
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
