Our client is currently seeking a Enterprise Imaging Consultant

Title: Enterprise Imaging Consultant

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote with 50% travel for the NYC region

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Imaging PACS and CPACS platforms
• Provide PACS Administration support, including troubleshooting software, workflow, and imaging issues
• Lead or support project management activities across multiple imaging initiatives
• Conduct display protocol optimization to improve clinical user workflows
• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
• Participate in EI strategy discussions and share best practices and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with a team of Radiology and Cardiology SMEs to deliver high‑quality imaging solutions
• Support mission‑critical systems by performing maintenance and resolving technical issues
• Document workflows, processes, and procedures related to imaging technologies
• Contribute to a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while managing priorities efficiently

Must Have / Required:

• 5+ years hands‑on experience with PACS and/or CPACS systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong IT background with experience supporting mission‑critical software and hardware
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows, HL7, and DICOM standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and effective time management
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative teams
