Key Responsibilities (Daily Expectations)

The candidate will be expected to:

1. Design high-quality, pixel-perfect, development-ready UI and UX deliverables using Figma
2. Translate product requirements, user needs, and business objectives into effective design solutions
3. Partner closely with Product Managers to define and refine user experiences
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasible and accurate implementation of designs
5. Create and maintain design components, patterns, and documentation
6. Ensure consistency with established design systems and usability standards
7. Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and technical constraints
8. Advocate for user-centered design best practices throughout the product lifecycle

Ideal Candidate Background

• Prior experience in digital product design for complex or regulated domains is preferred
• Financial services or fintech experience is helpful but not required
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile product teams

Required Skills & Experience

• UX Design: 3+ years of professional experience designing digital products
• UI Design: 3+ years of professional experience creating high-fidelity interfaces
• Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with product and engineering partners
• Communication: Strong design rationale, presentation, and documentation skills
