Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive large‑scale DevOps initiatives with a strong emphasis on Terraform-based cloud automation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and modern DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules to streamline provisioning and deployment workflows.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Architect, manage, and optimize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, governance, and cost optimization.
• Support serverless, microservices-based architectures and enforce cloud security standards.

CI/CD Engineering

• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate application and infrastructure deployments.
• Partner with development teams to integrate automated testing, quality checks, and deployment strategies.

Monitoring & Optimization

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure availability and performance.
• Analyze system metrics and drive continuous improvements across infrastructure and pipelines.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor DevOps engineers and promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
• Provide architectural guidance and contribute to design reviews and technical discussions.

Collaboration

• Work cross‑functionally with engineering, QA, and product stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Participate in technical planning, solution design, and ongoing improvements.

AI Awareness

• Demonstrate an understanding of key concepts in AI, machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, generative AI, and neural networks to support modern infrastructure requirements.

Troubleshooting & Operational Support

• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues efficiently.
• Provide on-call support for critical production environments when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform for cloud automation.
• Strong background in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services and architectures.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration best practices.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.

DevOps Practices

• Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies, automation principles, and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration in fast‑paced, team-oriented environments.

Problem Solving

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or similar roles.

Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc., are highly preferred
