What You Will Do

-Manage and refine the product backlog using Rally, Jira, or ServiceNow
-Write solid user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting details so teams understand exactly what to build
-Work with engineers, architects, and Lead Product Managers during planning, grooming, and delivery
-Help translate high level product goals into actionable work for the team
-Support product discovery sessions and gather input from partners across the healthcare space
-Track progress and make sure work is moving smoothly through the delivery process
-Call out risks early and help teams adjust when priorities shift
-Support compliance and healthcare standards needed for the product

What You Bring

-Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
-Strong backlog management skills using Rally, Jira, or ServiceNow
-Ability to break down ideas into clear, buildable work
-Great communication skills and a team first mindset
-Experience working with technical teams building data or platform products
-Understanding of how products are built in the healthcare industry
