Receptionist / Leasing Assistant

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76105
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (some Saturdays required)
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist with Leasing experience to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with leasing support, requiring strong communication skills, organization, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
• Support leasing activities, including scheduling tours and assisting prospective tenants
• Collect and process rental applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate records and update leasing databases
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams as needed
• Ensure the front office remains organized and presentable

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist, leasing assistant, or in a property management setting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic office software and leasing systems (Yardi or similar preferred)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Availability to work occasional Saturdays
