Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation, managing multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integration partners.
This role requires deep expertise in Oracle ERP implementations, cloud transformation programs, and enterprise program governance, along with the ability to manage large global teams and complex technology landscapes.
This job will have the following responsibilities:Program Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation program, including migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Define and manage program roadmap, scope, milestones, and delivery strategy.
- Establish program governance structures, including steering committees and executive reporting.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
ERP Transformation Delivery
- Oversee implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including:
- Financials (AP, AR, GL)
- Procurement
- Order Management
- Supply Chain / Manufacturing
- Project Management
- Ensure configuration, customization, and integrations meet current and future business requirements.
- Drive ERP standardization and adoption of Oracle best practices.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate global teams across multiple domains including:
- Functional architecture
- Data migration
- Integrations
- Infrastructure and security
- Testing and deployment
- Manage internal teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
Data, Integration, and Deployment
- Oversee data migration and conversion strategies from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Coordinate integration architecture between Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems.
- Lead cutover planning, testing strategy, and deployment activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Lead steering committee meetings and executive updates.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
