We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management activities. This role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and support business planning activities across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Work heavily in Excel to analyze data, build reports, and update templates.
- Review weekly PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) data to support planning and forecasting.
- Manage and update system tools that track sales, orders, and inventory levels.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on product arrivals, delivery status, and inventory variances.
- Monitor KPIs and identify issues or trends for process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams about production, allocations, and delivery requirements.
- Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests in a time‑sensitive environment.
Key Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, reporting).
- 3–5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
– OR up to 8 years of experience without a degree. - Background in Supply Chain, Business Planning, or Forecasting.
- Experience with PSI management is strongly preferred.
- Experience in consumer electronics or telecom is a plus.
- Able to work independently, learn quickly, and handle fast‑paced workloads.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Prior work in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GSCM or similar planning environments.
- Experience as a previous contractor in a similar organization.
- Data analytics and customer‑facing experience.
- MBA or advanced degree (optional).
- Knowledge of Tableau or other reporting tools (not required).
