About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the client‑facing portal for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Lending Platform initiative. In this role, you will translate product vision into a strategic and actionable roadmap, ensuring delivery teams have clear priorities and well‑defined business value. You will collaborate across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to build a cohesive and intuitive digital experience for enterprise clients.
This assignment involves complex, large-scale digital product work requiring strong analytical skills, an understanding of enterprise controls, and experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery, analysis, and solution recommendations for complex product challenges, considering technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, controls requirements, and client impact.
- Translate product strategy into a prioritized backlog of epics, features, and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to guide sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and story acceptance.
- Maintain transparency across product workstreams and ensure alignment with business outcomes, platform strategy, and compliance expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration across squads, resolve prioritization conflicts, and manage dependencies across product areas and technology teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on user needs, workflow design, and operational impacts.
- Advocate for an exceptional digital B2B client experience, leveraging data, research, and user feedback.
Role Focus (Client Portal Product Owner)
This product manager will be responsible for the client-facing digital portal that supports the new Supply Chain Finance platform. You will:
- Drive the design and implementation of intuitive B2B enterprise digital journeys.
- Develop user‑centric features that enhance client engagement and simplify interactions.
- Shape digital strategy and own the end‑to‑end experience for users interacting with the portal.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent combination of work experience, consulting, education, training, or military background.
- 6+ years experience in digital product management or product management roles with demonstrated success delivering digital enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale platform builds with complex workflows, regulatory considerations, and robust governance frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise B2B digital journeys and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Ability to operate in environments with high ambiguity and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving abilities.
