Position: Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire

***W2 Contract***No C2C***

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing or SDET roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium Java and SQL.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git) and test management tools (JIRA, Microfocus ALM).

  • Knowledge of ETL testing automation (Talend, Informatica, DataStage).

  • Experience with front-end and back-end testing using Java and Selenium.

  • Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS S3, and modern scripting languages.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and global delivery models.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Preferably from a Capital Markets / Risk domain background.


Added Advantage

  • Experience with database testing and advanced ETL automation.

  • Knowledge of smoke testing, black-box, regression, and non-black-box testing.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both business and technical teams.
