About the Role
We are seeking a FircoSoft Developer to join our FinCrime team. This role plays a vital part in developing and maintaining enterprise applications while contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise along with Banking/AML domain knowledge to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, and development for FircoSoft projects.
- Work with FircoSoft products including Firco Continuity or Firco Trust.
- Deploy Firco utilities such as FFM, FML, DR, etc.
- Write and maintain FML & DR rules within Firco.
- Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts.
- Write SQL queries; strong PL/SQL experience (views, procedures, triggers, cursors).
- Contribute to architectural design and solution framework recommendations.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system resources.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Perform FircoSoft version upgrades.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of Banking/FinCrime domains.
- Proficiency in UNIX and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
