Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead QA/QC resource for the Digital Publishing team, defining quality standards and best practices.
- Perform hands‑on QA/QC for digital deliverables including AEM content, Hearsay, Adobe Target, forms, landing pages, microsites, social posts, and emails using internal and third‑party tools.
- Conduct accessibility (ADA/WCAG) audits, device/browser testing, and ensure compliance across platforms.
- Create, maintain, and enhance QA documentation, checklists, and testing protocols.
- Provide training, feedback, and coaching to improve team quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Partner with authors, designers, developers, legal reviewers, and project managers to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Stay current with ADA/WCAG guidelines and lead updates to internal standards and training materials.
- Own and manage QA processes for the organization’s main website.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts to enhance digital publishing workflows and testing practices.
- Support authoring tasks when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong background in QA/QC within digital publishing.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including copy and content review skills.
- Solid understanding of ADA/WCAG accessibility principles.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners including marketing, design, and technical teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; previous team leadership or coaching experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Hearsay, Adobe Target, OneTrust, DAM platforms, Workfront, and Stensul.
- Understanding of usability standards, responsive design, and digital accessibility best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous reviews and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
