Title: Staff Forward Deployed Engineer
Location: Boston - Hybrid 3 days
Our client is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with their most strategic customers in a highly visible and autonomous role. You will work at the intersection of customer engineering and product development, applying deep technical expertise to align an AI Security platform with each customer’s systems, workflows, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Customer-Facing Technical Leadership
Serve as the senior technical lead for Evo adoption within the largest and most strategic accounts. Guide customers through end‑to‑end production deployment and ensure successful implementation.
Strategic Delivery
Manage complex technical and business environments to deliver robust solutions. Create reusable reference architectures, frameworks, tools, and playbooks. Develop and formalize the Platform Deployment Framework to accelerate time‑to‑value for future customers.
Deep Technical Implementation
Write production-grade code that integrates Evo with customer‑specific tools, infrastructure, and workflows.
Product Influence and Evolution
Act as a key feedback channel between customers and the Evo engineering team. Identify patterns across deployments and help transition bespoke implementations into core product capabilities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive technical experience, including significant time in both product engineering and customer-facing engineering roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping new processes in real time.
- Strong technical curiosity and a passion for exploring and experimenting with emerging technologies, especially in agentic systems.
- Proven engineering excellence, including experience maintaining high‑availability systems and owning the reliability of production code.
- Demonstrated ability to define technical strategy and drive hands‑on implementation for enterprise customers.
