People Operations Analyst
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, technically strong People Operations Analyst to support our Global People Operations team. Reporting to the Global Scaled Operations Lead, you will act as a Workday subject-matter expert with a focus on data hygiene, reporting, and scalable solutions for high‑volume data changes. This role partners closely with teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to ensure data accuracy, seamless processes, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, validate, and troubleshoot mass data changes using EIBs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain existing custom Workday reports and develop scheduled reports as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, responding to global employee data requests with accuracy and compliance.
- Act as an SME for Workday business processes and transaction flows, using deep knowledge of Workday’s architecture to enhance process efficiency and maintain data integrity.
- Identify trends, conduct data analyses, and recommend scalable, systematic improvements to People data and workflows.
- Train and support team members on Workday reporting, data management, and mass upload processes.
- Proactively document, update, and organize operational procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
You Have:
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and end‑to‑end business process transactions. (Advanced reporting—e.g., Calculated Fields—is a plus, not required.)
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems roles with a focus on execution, accuracy, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and other modern collaboration tools.
- Strong ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong ethics and judgment when working with confidential or sensitive information.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
